How does billing work?
All retainer packages are invoiced monthly in advance. Project-based services are invoiced per project or upon completion. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
What tools do you work with?
We work primarily with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet) and are comfortable adapting to other platforms as needed.
Can I upgrade or change my package?
Yes. You can adjust your package at the start of any new billing month. Just get in touch and we will update your service agreement accordingly.
Do you offer once-off services without a retainer?
Absolutely. Individual project-based services are available with no ongoing commitment. Contact us to discuss your needs and receive a quote.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours and contract drafting inclusions do not roll over to the following month. We encourage clients to plan their support needs at the start of each month.
